Meet Darwin and Lili

My name is Darwin, and I’m the co-founder of Lili Cleaning Service LLC, which I established in 2016 with my wife Lili. We are proud immigrants from Ecuador, and our passion for entrepreneurship stems from our desire to create opportunities for ourselves and others. After the birth of our son Jaden, my wife struggled to find a job that offered her the flexibility she needed as a new mother. Frustrated by the lack of opportunities for women in the industry, we decided to start our own business from scratch with no clients and a burning desire to succeed.

Although I come from a background in selling countertops in the Natural Stone Industry, I quickly learned that cleaning is an industry that demands a lot of hard work and dedication. We are committed to providing our clients with the highest quality service, and we pride ourselves on being fully licensed, insured, and certified to meet the requirements of our state. Our success as entrepreneurs has not only allowed us to provide for our family but has also given us the opportunity to give back to our community. We are proud of our team of hardworking and passionate staff members who share our vision for making a positive impact on people’s lives.
