My name is Darwin and, with my wife Lili, we established Lili Cleaning Service LLC in 2016. We both are immigrants from Ecuador. The idea of solidifying our business started after having our son, Jaden. My wife experienced a lack of job availabilities. Although she had worked for a long time in the industry, many business owners told her that it was kind of hard to offer a full time job to her due as she had a child. We saw that as being really unfair for a woman, so we decided to start our business from scratch with no clients at all, with a lot of hope but also fully convinced that our job is worthy. I personally have a background in selling countertops in the Natural Stone Industry. This experience helped me to acknowledge our clients’ necessities. After becoming entrepreneurs, things have immensely changed in our lives. We have been able to not only learn to manage our businesses, but also have the opportunity to educate ourselves a lot in terms of our cleaning industry. We have also had the privilege of getting our certificates, licenses and insurance to work, according our state requirements. I addition to that, we have joined AHCA which is the American House Cleaners Association, where we bring awareness to the cleaning industry because cleaning is not an easy job and it demands a lot of hard work. Lili and I feel so happy and proud of our beautiful staff who are not just hard working ladies, but also have a passion to help others.
